Formating New Raid System Freeze

    We have an external SCSI Raid attached to this system with 2 current array's
    and a new 3rd array added. After setting up raid and initializing, windows
    server 2003 can see the drive just fine. If I proceed to Computer Management
    | Disk Management | Right click and select format drives. Computer
    Management freezes and is not longer assessable. This system host SQL Server
    2000 and has less than 1GB space available on system OS drives.
