Hi Guys. This is what I wish to do,and maybe someone can help me.
I want to take a screen shot from a AVI movie, to use as my Desktop.
Reducing the Harware Accelerator, to zero, is not the problem.Done that.
I take the shot, but it is not big enough quite, for my Monitor Screen.
Wondering if there is a software that can enlarge it by around 20% without losing Clarity (Pixels)
    Thanks in advance.:)

Have you selected the "stretch" option in your desktop settings? That should allow it to fill your desktop but may distort the image. If that is the case you will need to do some serious editing.

We have some members and staff that may be able to help you in that regard. I know of nothing that will improve the quality of an avi screenshot but it is far from any expertise that I may have.

Stretched the Image OK,no distortion, but lost clarity slightly, as I feared.
    It's a forest scene,with rays of sunlight beaming through,so need clarity,if possible.
If it can't be done,so be it.:)

UPDATE. Searched the Net, and from what I can gather, some Paid Software, will fix this Pixel Problem.
I have chosen another Desktop Image instead, that I dont need to alter.:)

Just thought I'd show you this site that I use for my wallpapers.

It has some just like you described above.

    Here's the main site: Interfacelift.com

here's the specific wallpaper I think you mean: Darkness to Light

    Hope these links help :)

It's a very good website for wallpapers
