First of all, the browser I'm using is Firefox. Each & every time I need to use
Flash it crashes. I've uninstalled it, reinstalled it and updated but to no avail.
Any and help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you,

    Terry

Make sure you install it from www.adobe.com and not a 3rd party site and with Firefox browser open.

Rich-M, I did as you suggested but after it downloaded I received the following "Adobe Flash Player could
not be installed" What should I do now? Also when I checked my plugins in Firefox it showed Shockwave Flash
and I clicked "Always activate" but it does not. I'm totally confused Help!
