Can someone tell me how can i make a firewall on vista so a proggram
cant get in the internet..????answer as soon as possible plz...

This is not really a firewall function, but "application control" or
"internet access control software" is often bundled with them.

Vista's firewall is not designed to block outgoing - in fact quite the
opposite.
