Firewall or Proxy Server

    I am unable to send or receive emails - or log on to certain websites (cannot
    buy anything on iTunes) - but cannot find the reason why. I've un-installed
    any Nortons or any other Virus protection - to see if that would allow me -
    but to no avail. I have been told it may be a hidden firewall - or that I
    set up Proxy Server - but how do I get rid of these and allow my email to my
    Outlook to flow again.... Am at my wits end - it is driving me bonkers...
