Anyone have any information on automating a CA install in Firefox?

You'll have to explain more, I can't grasp what you mean by
"automating a Certification Authority install in Firefox"?

    Try here:
    Firefox 3.5.x Automating certificate Install:

Yeah, I already found that one, but it only applies to *new* users and
doesn't work for users with existing profiles. Thanks, though.

  6. Were we supposed to read your mind?

Try posting in a FF-specific newsgroup.

My Solution: Logon script (batch file) that uses the REPLACE command.

This only works with Windows clients, but that's the majority of what I
have, so it takes care of a large percentage of computers for me.

Basically, I have a logon script (actually a few scripts, but the others are
only setup/cleanup) that uses the REPLACE command. That command searches the
user's home drive for all instances of a file - in this case cert8.db - and
replaces it with my cert8.db file that already has the new CA imported. I
also copy my cert8.db file to the local drive as mentioned here
    so that any new
profiles that are created get the new file and don't require the logon script.
