Finding deleted history and/or cookies or youtube history

I am really in a bind. I use a computer that is a shared computer. This computer is cleaned out on a regular basis. I had researched some information back in October 2013. I need to figure out how I can find the dates that I did this research. I did my research on Yahoo, Google & YouTube. The only thing I have even come close to finding is finding my history on YouTube.......I found some of the videos I had viewed for this research but can't seem to figure out how to find the dates & times I had viewed the videos originally or even just the dates I had viewed them. Is there anyone who can please help me to find any of this???? I would really appreciate it a lot!!!!
