What are you trying to open that with, mark?

These are the system requirements stated by Collins, it does not seem that it is either intended for use on a PC or associated with any [program that would run it.
    Code:
    System requirements:
Requires a PDA running Microsoft Pocket PC 2003 or later and an SD Memory Card Slot.
Please note that the software can only be registered to one PDA.

I did note that they were extracted using WinRAR. A zip file is merely a compacted file or group of files for a faster download, etc. Once extracted the files "only have what they have." The fact that they can be extracted to a folder on your PC does not make them compatible with the OS.

I know very little about mobile devices and "smart phones" etc. So I may be way off base but it looks to me like these files are only readable on the device itself. How did you install them originally onto the device? If you installed them directly to the Pda using usb port I would move the files to a flashdrive and try installing them from it. Same is true if you used a memory card.

Of course, I would also pay attention to my disclaimer about pdas and perhaps wait for someone else to weigh in. The screenshot that you posted sais nothing about the type of files they are, at least not to me. Dirty Polo and Dalo Harkin use pdas extensively and I am sure others do as well.

thanks bee,the problem happened when the pda done a search and updated the music files for media player...I did'nt think that it would add these files to the library as well, hence, thats why i deleted the files ,thinking that they were songs that i didnt want (these files were only numbered) when i realised what i had done, i thought no problem they are in litter bin... which they were,so i sent them back from litter bin (on pc) to my pda... but i did not realise that the pda was not plugged into usb port, too late they were gone from pc..and not found on pda when it was plugged in :(

    Hello Mark,

What you need to do, is copy that whole folder, the "Cab" folder, that you have open in winzip currently. Copy that onto your PDA, then you will be able to initialize the setup of that application from your PDA.

Read here for more about CAB files:
What Is a Cabinet (.cab) File?

This seems to be a program that you have to pay for as you stated in your first post.

According to my research, there might be more files needed, as well as this CAB file, with the program. Do you still have these? Or were they lost?
