We have a File and print server running w2k3 w/SP2 and last week our users
started experiencing connection issues to the server. Our users were not
able to retrieve any files, unable to print, all the mapped drives from each
individual workstation connected to the server was disconnected. I had to
reboot the server to get the services up and running quickly. I then
checked the event viewer and a slew of errors appeared under system
category, all being event ID 2000. The exact error message is:

"The server's call to a system service failed unexpectedly.

    Event ID: 2000

I then check the data and convert to words and this are the exact
    translation:

    0000: 00040000 00540001 00000000 c00007d0
    0010: 00000000 c000000d 00000000 00000000
    0020: 00000000 00000000 17e5031a\

I then check the web for any possible solutions, but was unable to find any
    answers.
Ive checked eventid.net and came up with "c000000d = "INVALID_PARAMETER",
and 028e0bc5: Caused by PC-cillin loaded on Windows 95 clients." as the
possible reason, but we don't have PC-chillin installed on any our
workstations and we also don't have any Windows 95 machine roaming around.

Any assistance with this issue is greatly appreciated. thanks for you help.

PS: this error originally occurred on 10.7.09 and after rebooting the
server that day and the issue hasn't returned yet.
