The problem to me would seem to be related to Eset monitoring your Email. Which would involve me having to research settings and how to set it up with Nod 32, so hopefully while I sleep 12:45 here at the moment someone will help you out a little more informatively.

If not it will be tomorrow afternoon before I get chance to do the research to help you :(

Sorry about the delay hope someone comes up with something sooner :)

Skip that last one was picked up in march and has no relationship to what you are getting. What email do you use and so you use a mail client such as Windows Live Mail, Outlook etc?

POP settings refer to mail clients.

Hi Barry---I use mostly Yahoo & also G mail----I think I also have Windowslive & others but they are not used.

While on this mail subject---have a friend who said she never uses G mail---yet her mail comes in via Gmail? ( move this if you like---I would like a answer to that as well).

Back to topic---How do I change back into the green in esst nod.?????

That one would need a whole lot of additional explanation before anyone can come up with any advice.

If you only use web based email try uninstalling windows live mail and see if that changes anything. Make sure you reboot after the uninstall and let us know.

Well now---got up this morning & the computer had shut down cause of a mini power outage. So I turned it on & & Nod 32 icon started spinning ---updating or scanning---as usual. Thing is it was green---stayed green even after it was done.

I did fool with it some more late last night---Something to do with Quarantine stuff---but icon still remained Red. May be it was the shut down-----I have no idea

As for the Gmail thing ----I will pursue that later---no time at present---Thanks

LOL just been looking into this for you and was about to suggest a re-boot as a first solution,

But you beat me to it ;)
