    Hello all [IMG] ,

Well, i'm testing the new WDS from Win2008 R2 , it looks really fresh, i
deployed without any problem VISTA SP1 x64.

But, when i want capture an personnalized image of VISTA SP1 x64, i have a
little probleme at the end of the capture...

I use option "copy WIM image on WDS server" . so i put .wim image , somwhere
on C:/ , and then conenct my WDS, login on it and i chose one of Install
image folder i create on my WDS. So conenction is OK , since i see them.

Image progress well, but after 99% , at the end i got error "Uploading image
to WDS server, The System cannot find the file specified"

something must be wrong somewhere, but i didnt find what...i have enpought
free space, on C:/ , on my WDS too, for shure, and connection is OK on my
WDS. i have good Rights access too on my WDS (i use Administrator to log on
    it..)

I saw over the web, that im not alone to get this error....but didnt find
    any solutions, for now..

do you have an idea ?

    thanks in advance,

    Regards,

    Marc.

I tried to change my BOOT.wim on my WDS.

i used the boot.wim from the DVD of 2008R2.

and now i still have error message but it change a bit, it say :

"Uploading image to WDS server, Not enought Free space."

Well, it's a bit clear, but i don't understand because i check free space on
my WDS Server, and i have more than 100GB free, on my RemoteInstall storage
(where i store Boot and Intall Image).

And more than 100GB free and C:/ on my WDS Server...so i don't understand
why it say that i dont have enought free space...

    any idea ?

    Marc.

i tried to deployed VISTA SP2 (and not SP1) , and so i captured it......and
it works...(i now have enought free space [IMG])) )

so it sucks with Vista SP1, but not VISTA SP2...weird...it looks a bug....[IMG]
