Error number: 0x8DDD0007

    I am running XP home edition with the latest service pack update , eset
    smart security and Prevx version 3... and for the first time ever I can't
    see if there are any updates. I get the error number as above with
    instructions to restart to complete an installation or update, but the
    restart makes no difference. Can you shed any light on this please?

    "0x8ddd0007 You need to restart your computer to finish installing a program
    or updates"

    Thanks but there is no reboot required entry to delete
