Don't really know where this thread should be or whether email problems are addressed at all but let me state a problem anyway. I recently sent an email to the Highways Department about a road safety problem. This was most likely done on their website. I eventually did get an answer from them which I failed to print out - even if I could have. Now, when I try to find those emails I am told there are no emails to find. Can these type of emails be found anywhere else or do some agencies have a facility for wiping them and then deny they ever got them? Thanks in advance.

Hi You might try emailing them again and see if they answer you. Government is very strange; when I say strange, I'm being polite. I sent several emails to my congressmen in Oklahoma and even sent them personal mail. I did not receive one response from them.I just gave up. It seems you can't win, but that doesn't mean you should stop trying just because I did.
    Good luck @BLKBRD37

Thanks @BLKBRD37 Now it seems that the Chinese and Russia are hacking our internet. That was exactly what I was trying to tell our government. Oh well. What the the Hell. I gave it my best shot. We can only hope that they wake up and smell the roses before it's to late.
I really don't have much hope in that happening , but have my fingers crossed.
PS Thanks for your thread. It gave me a chance to rant! Just being myself friend @allheart1955

You neglect to say how they answered you and whether or not you are using an email program or just reading email with an internet browser.

donetao, there is no way to answer where the email went or how to find them without knowing how they were accessed in the first place. If by browser there is no way to recover them but if on an email program there are plenty of ways to recover lost email. That is all I was asking.
