Debugging kernel memory dump file

    Hi Guys

    Recently, one of my servers has a BSOD and a kernel memory dump file is
    generated. To debug the dump file, I have download and installed the
    microsoft deugging tool and the symbols for the OS. However, when I
    debug the dump file with the tool,it says the I am using the incorrect
    symbols. I wonder if I have missed out something. Any advise?
