    Hello

We have a Vmware Virtual Machine
    4 Processors
    12 GB RAM
    HDDs: C: 15 GB and D: 50GB
Windows 2003 Enterprise Server R2 SP2 with ALL the updates available
    MS Framework 2
    External Application
It is Normaly running and suddenly it reports a blue screen with error
0x00000050 PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA. I guess we know almost everything
about this error and we have checked everyting, virus, drivers, malware,
    hardware... etc...

The last resource (it should be the first one) is to check de dump file of
    the crash.
But when we process the dump or the minidump using the Microsoft DebugDiag
Tool it shows a report with an error:

    CrashHangAnalysis.asp Failed 0x80010105 Line 9186, Column 3

    Can you tell me:

how can we fix this DebugDiag issue?
Am i using the wrong application?
am i wrong using this application?
Is there any other application to check crash dump files

From now, thank you for all the help you can give us.

    Hello,

I found a way to solve the problem. I was using the wrong tool.

I was using Debug Diagnostics 1.1, and now i am using Debugging Tools for
    Windows 6.10 with Symbol Package.

    Anyway... thank you all.
