How do I add a picture to my signature in Windows Live Mail that came with my Windows 7 OS? I created one using Adobe Photo Shop 7 and can't save as an .html file that is recognized by Windows Live mail. It has my info with my logo in the background. Keeps showing up as a box with a red X in the corner. I have also tried using PhotoBucket. Please help.

    It looks like this: [IMG]

    OK lol Sorry

Smacked hand must read posts more carefully

I believe what you would do better with is the stationary Option and add the image at the bottom Centre of the page, or for that matter where ever you would like to put it.

I'll send you a test Email to see if you like the result

    1. Tools
    2. Options
    3. Compose Tab
    4. Under Stationary, check Mail
    5. Click on create New Button
    6. Click Next
    7. Check Picture
    8. Click Browse
    9. Locate your Signature image in the Browser window and click open.
    10. Select Position, Bottom, Centre, in the two drop down menus
    11, click Next
    12. select font, Verdana or what ever you like and if you don't like any ask and we can help get you more :)
    13. Click Next
    14. Set margins
    15. Click Next
    16. Enter Name
    17. Click Finish
    18. :) Back under stationary click select and look for whatever you named your new stationary as
    19 click Apply to exit

Right a little curiosity here when you first try to compose a new message I get an error unable to create stationary, however when I close and open again its there

However it may also be an Idea to use the stationary option for the background Image, and the signature for the text you will see why in the email I just sent ;)

Not a problem like, I said before nice to have a simple problem, :) saves on research time when you know the answer, and when you don't have to ask twenty questions to narrow down several different possible causes of the problem :D

Glad your all sorted and happy
