DSTM is on the right track. There is a trial version of Corel X4 but it is over 430 MBs. Whatever you are downloading I doubt it is legitimate and you may be putting yourself in danger of infection. You can find the legitimate trial at Free Trials - Home

I would suggest you dump what you have.

Are you having any other problems? That link I gave you was the "official" site and should not cause any problem. I am afraid it may be something else that is causing this.

I downloaded and Installed Corel Drawx4, also from the Official Site, using Corel's own download manager, with no issues whatsoever.

If you are trying to download the trial, for a second time, regardless of time duration, then Corel wont let you.

What message are you getting, when you try and download from Corel?

Torrent Downloads, are notorious for stopping just short of 100%, similar to the issue. you were having. in your initial post.

    Hi again Brian.
I have visited the Corel Forum, and can't see anyone having the same issues.
I think your issue, is relative to one of the explanations, already posted.

Another possibility, is if you have tried to install a bad download,
then used Add and Remove, there are still countless traces, left on your OS.
This also could be a reason, Corel will not let you, fully execute the download.

I have run out of ideas, sorry.
    Maybe another member can help.

Brian, just wondering if it's Corel that is wanted for a specific reason ... or if another 'draw' program (freebie) would do? If so, please just let us know and we can help by recommending one or two.

When the download box opens are you clicking SAVE and specifying a destination?
I would do the above and select the destination as Desktop and when the box closes see if the exe is on the desktop (top left) I would say that you have a few of the EXEs saved in a location you have not opened for a while, my documents?
