    There will be a lot of Similar Court Cases in the near future.IMO.

    I really hate Australian Law its so logically sensible, why save a big company millions by allowing them to sue another big company that is providing a service, and the people that are at fault are the people that use that service.

    If you apply the principal of what the British law is saying about downloading then arn't the councils and highways commission liable for the actions of every motorist in the UK?

    So why should an ISP provider be responsible for every internet user?

    :D hmmm now there is an interesting Idea to put into the courts :eek:

    He he, thats very good reading, I can understand why people like Pirate bay and mininova get reprimanded as they actually host the files and provide links to breach copyright, but at the same time, people breach copyright every single day, do we all not have the ability to record video, TV and radio.....
    Yes its for personal use, but it is still illegal :lol:
    Do I think that people who make DVD burners, TV, etc will stop placing RECORD buttons on devices......erm NO, funny how SONY do all these things and they were involved in the case mentioned above :D
