Copying usernames and passwords

Hello,

I have a Windows 2000 server (not a DC). I want to install a new Windows
2000 to another powerful machine. But I want to create all usernames and
passwords to new Windows from my old Windows. Is it possible to do this.

No, not with windows, one more reason for a domain.
