CONFUSED

    It's because you are using a different login, Bill.
    You usually use BGBG and you are using bbreva6.
    I believe you created this alternate user a few years ago when you couldn't sign in under your old user name.

    I returned to Google as default because it is too confusing otherwise. Also to my original thread. Just now tried it. I know how to make either the default but the LogIns are different. Before, I have always had only one browser and it was always the default. Now I guess I do not know how to keep Google or to change the Login.
    Anybody know how I can get Google Gmail to work again?

    Gmail is not going to work in Chrome for you. Use FF ESR to get into gmail since it works there.

    Why won't it work in Chrome - the only thing I can't think of it something is wrong with your username or password so you can't log in. You are unable to recover because a) you don't have a different email address set to recover to and b) you can't receive texts on your phone. Since those are the only two recovery methods, you can not expect to recover.
