I have had this issue of my computer restarting itself randomly for about 3 months now, the computer is only about 9 months old.

When it restarts all of my onboard LEDs go off in this order: CPU - RAM - Graphics Card

I do not recieve a blue screen

I have bought a new power supply (went from 650-750 watts)
    I have tested the memory
I have turned off automatic restarting when a system error occurs(still no blue screen)
I have changed out all of my SATA cables
I have cleaned it out several times (compressed air)
    I have cleared the CMOS
I have returned my motherboard and recieved a new 1 with my warranty
I have reinstalled my OS twice

The only critical event i have been getting is event 41 (Kernel Power)
I have recieved software tech support and hardware tech support
I have checked if any of my components are overheating (no heating problem what-so-ever)
And i recieve a warning event 219 (Kernel PnP)

    My Specs:

    Asus P7P55D Delux Motherboard
    Intel i7 870 2.93ghz processor (1156 slot)
Saphire Radeon Toxic Edition 5850 Graphics Card
    750 Watt PSU
    Dual HDD 1TB total
    2G G.Skill x2 Dual Channel memory(4G total)
    Windows 7 64bit OS

My computer before I built it, I made sure that all the components were compatible, and it has worked for about 6 straight months with no problem.

If anyone has any solutions to this, or any ideas to why it is acting up, please respond. This is way over my head and I cannot think of anything else I could possibly do.

Does anyone believe it is my CPU/HDD/GPU failing? because i have directly tested the memory and replaced the motherboard/PSU.

    Any solutions. please post. thx

From what you have said and checked already I would say the CPU is faulty or getting too hot and then shutting the PC down,as you said you have checked this what did you check it with and what cooler are you using?
