Computer Booting Problem

    I tested a different power supply and the issue still persisted.

    You said you tested with an old Power Supply.
    We don't know if it is any good.
    What's the production date on it?
    Computer Shops have Digital testers for PSU's

    I would reset the BIOS to default using the jumper located near the SATA ports. Double check your manual on this. Also although the board may work with the way you have the RAM installed it is not the recommended install location. Again I would refer to the manual for installation instructions. If you do not have the manual it can be located on the Asus site.

    Have you removed anything from the PC? GPUs are often situated in the slot closest to the CPU (when not in SLI/Crossfire mode)

    Put the GPU in the other slot (unless your MOBO manual states otherwise) see how you get on
