If one particular user connects to a server via RDP (from his laptop) ->
logon with AD account -> then charset changes, but only for that user no
    one else have that experience.

If I use the same laptop to connect to the same same server with a
different user, no problem ! So have can that be different for one user
    - where in the active directory can that be changed ?

I have tried to google it but it seems like no one have had that
    problem before ??

    Anyone ?

I gave you an answer which I believe will lead you to resolving the problem,
    even though you reject it.
