I guess I am just old fashioned but I tend to like to have the trial first before I take it upon myself to pronounce guilt. These are all strange people.

    well, Bee CeeBee
my opinion of her would never proclaim her guilty,
but there is too much evidence against her.
What mom in her right mind
would go out dancing, drinking, while her baby is missing.
PROVEN WITHOUT A DOUBT , SHE IS A LIAR

I usually dont make a definite answr,
but im sure she is guilty as hell.

Anyone waiting to see the verdict?

    kayrose

I honestly would not want her put to death,
but if she actually did do it,
and if it were any one of us with that grandchild,
    i'm sure we would.

My guess it could be reduced to Manslaughter as "beyond all reasonable doubt" has not been proved, or a retrial.

My guess is that she will be found guilty of first degree murder. My feeling is that it will be the wrong verdict, not because I feel she is innocent but, rather, because there is more than a bit of reasonable doubt. I have posted on this elsewhere and realize that emotion trumps logic so I will not even bother to deal with it here. I am hoping that others follow my lead and post elsewhere if you want a discussion.
    EDIT:
Just shows you what I know. :snckr:

I have decided in the best interest of this forum that this not become an issue here. Please honor that.

Edit: Most of the people here have little interest in this subject and for those who may it is a derisive and devisive. I will not let that happen here when there are many better places to express opinions, anger etc.
