Can't Open Pdf In Browser Win 7 Ie9

    I am having a problem opening a pdf file in my IE9 browser. I posted on a different forum yesturday and made several updates/changes to the post. so instead of re-typing it all here I will give the link to my forum post.

    I am just looking for someone with the answer that can help me.
