When I try to delete a folder in the my music folder of my documents, I get
the error: "The action can't be completed because the folder is open in
another program. Close the folder & try again."
I have tried deleting the folder in safe mode. I have installed the hotfix
from KB 949857. I tried unlocker freeware. I tried deleting the file on the
server. I can't rename it either - "You need permission to perform this
action" (I am the administrator). Can someone help?
