    I tried to get into bios using F2 during boot up. I got asked for a password which I do not have. Acer told me no help for you and take it to a third party. So, is there any way to get in without the password
    Sorry if I put this in the wrong catagory, was not sure. Thanks.

    Looks like your bios is password protected. You could try and reset the bios if it has a bios battery. You would have to take the case off and see if there is a coin size battery and unplug it for 10 or 15 seconds maybe more. If there is no battery then I am not sure how it could be done.

    Google directions to remove BIOS password through CMOS battery on Acer Aspire laptop.
    Instructions are straight-forward.

    This might be worth trying:
    From the Windows logo at the bottom left, click on Power and choose Restart
    aspire laptop help.jpg

    Wait for the restart and in the screen choose: Troubleshoot – Advanced Options – UEFI Firmware Settings – Restart;
    At this point, you will be shown the UEFI Bios
