Can Microsoft make the Windows RTM deadline for summer?

    We heard a couple of weeks ago from Microsoft's Terry Myerson that Windows 10 would be released this summer, which depending on how you define summer, could be anytime between 21 June and 23 September which are the official dates of summer in the Northern Hemisphere.

    However, is that a realistic goal and can Microsoft make it?
