Hey. I'm new to the forums and I'm hoping I can get some help here. Basically I've been having a stop error every time I try to play Skyrim. I have fiddled with voltages thinking that would help, but it didn't. I have since changed all the parameters back to default. I know 124 errors have to do with voltage, but it doesn't really make any sense that I'd be getting voltage issues when I haven't OC'd. I tried increasing the voltages despite that, and I also tried turning off Cool'n'Quiet but it didn't solve the problem so I set everything back to how I initially had it.

CPU: AMD Phenom II x6 1100t
    GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 560
    RAM: Gskill Ripjaw 16GB (4x4) 1333MHz
    Mainboard: ASUS M4A88TD-V EVO/USB3

Notes: I have a sufficient power supply (900W). None of the hardware is overclocked.

Not sure if I need to post anything else, I'm somewhat of a noob when it comes to dump files. Thanks in advance.

    Edit: I'm running Windows 7 Professional 64-bit.

I also feel I should add that I just did a stress test with FurMark for my GPU and got no error screens. Even under full load the card didn't so much as stutter, so the problem is most likely not the GPU.

    Hi and welcome to CHF.
Looking through the files it is a driver HAL DLL that has caused the BSOD, unfortunately this only points at a general hardware problem with nothing specific to look at.
I did find a similar fault and answers on a Microsoft help page here=

    http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_vista-system/bluescreens-and-haldll/af808346-482a-4a5f-86b1-b114557393ae

Have a look at that and see if any of it helps.

    Nev.
