Boot Troubles

Good evening all.

Just wondering if I could get some help if at all possible. I've had my pc for about two years now and over the last couple of months it is having some problems on boot-up. On the first attempt to boot every day, the pc lights all come on ok & the single beep happens from the pc. The problem is, the pc doesnt manage to make it past the 'packard bell' logo screen (with the option to enter bios etc), but if i hold the power button forcing a shutdown, on the second attempt (after quite a long wait) it manages to boot. Once windows starts, the pc is absolutely fine. Just wondering if anyone had any ideas what could be going wrong. I've included a basic everest report of my specs - can provide more detailed info if needed.
