    3D in reflection

First thank you ALL for your kind comments.

In answer the 2 cameras are used to make a left and right shot for 3d editing. 2 cameras are NOT necessary though I just use them so I can capture movement. Post #41 in this thread is only taken with one camera Dougie

If I was making a panoramic shot I would only use one camera (not done any in 3d yet ) take about 16 photos and stitch them together.

Here is a self study of me using the double camera's

The storage sheds and trees ... how wonderful that the image makes it seem as if one can reach out and actually touch the individual leaves on the trees!

Really like your self study, Bob! Suspect once my grandson sees this one, I'll once again be loosing my camera so he can combine it with his! :)

We're just heading into Fall here in my little corner of the world and these photos are wonderful!! (Remember when we were kids and collected all the 'perfect' Fall leaves and ironed them between two sheets of wax paper so they'd last forever?! Too bad our mothers didn't appreciate the coating of wax on their irons :snckr:)

    Good one, Bob!

Oouch! I bet that would be a mighty uncomfortable way to spend a day! And didn't people feel free to throw stuff at the poor person stuck in this thing, too, including horse poop from the road? Hmm, come to think of it, just imagining that time gives new meaning to the job of street sweeper - ugh! :)

Oh my. This is magic, absolutely magic!! The rain drop look just like a multi-carat diamond that most girls would long to have on their finger!

This shot is perfect and without doubt my very favourite one - love it!! And thanks ever so much for sharing it, Bob!

I keep going back to the last photo you posted, Bob - it really is incredible! Do you have an enlargement of it hanging on your way somewhere as it's surely worthy of it :)

And thank you so so so much for giving Spiffy the tutorial on how to create 3D images - what a truly kind gentleman you are!

    Hi Bob!

I'm sure the others will swing by soon (they've all been tied up creating 'basics' for beginners here).

Honest to goodness, I must be loosing my mind as I zipped right over to Yahoo when I read your post - and the silly site says there is no email waiting. Will check again a bit later as perhaps the email has stopped somewhere along the way before winding it's way between our two computers. :)

except me, I've been away on holiday and I am still catching up and reading through threads, and so I am not replying to all threads that I read but as Mara has said be assured that people do look even if they don't have time to comment ;)

I must admit I had to look twice to see if the frog/toad was real, but I wonder what it was thinking about when looking at the ornamental one.
