    Dear experts,

I recently found error 1005 from source SceCli on my Windows 2003 SP2
server. The description says "Some JET database is corrupt. Run esentutl /g
to check the integrity of the security database
    %%windir%%\security\Database\secedit.sdb."

    Tried that, resulting in:
"Operation terminated with error -1022 (JET_errDiskIO, Disk IO error) after
    0.0 s
    econds."

    Then I tried

    C:\WINNT\security\Database>esentutl /r C:\winnt\security\database\secedit.sdb

    Here is the result:
    Initiating RECOVERY mode...
    Logfile base name: C:\winnt\security\database\secedit.sdb
    Log files: <current directory>
    System files: <current directory>

Operation terminated with error -1003 (JET_errInvalidParameter, Invalid API
    para
    meter) after 0.0 seconds.

Can anyone please give me some coaching on how to proceed?

    Thanks!
