Asus laptops now have the latest quad-core Intel processors

    Asus has revealed its new line of laptops that feature 8th-generation Intel core processors. They include laptops from the ZenBook and VivoBook lines, complete with the latest quad-core processors that double the amount of cores from the previous models. Asus claims a 40 percent increase in performance, while keeping energy consumption the same.

    The new laptops are:


    ZenBook 3 Deluxe UX 490

    The ZenBook 3 Deluxe is a 14-inch full HD laptop that’s pretty small — it’s 12.9 mm thin and weighs 2.43 pounds. It features the 8th Generation Intel Core i7 processor, 16GB of RAM, and 512GB of SSD storage. Intel says its one of the first ultra slim laptops to feature a quad-core CPU.
