    I am using it as I type! Finally got someone who can help with an ongoing problem.It finally got me a $125.00 credit that I knew I was owed but got so bogged down in the system that I kept forgetting about it. I have spoken with "people" before but this time I got one who could help and did. Maybe a coincidence but so what. :rolleyes:
