Archos to Ship Low-End Windows Phone, Windows Tablet

    Bargain device maker Archos this week confirmed that it will be releasing low-cost Windows-based smart phones and tablets for this holiday season. The devices will be unveiled at the IFA 2014 trade show in Berlin, which starts next Friday, September 5.
