Wondering what Americans think of the proposed Health Care Bill.
Seems a lot are not happy with it.
Watched this Video and seems it leaves much to be desired.
I have never liked Nancy Pelosi.
What are your thoughts on this Bill?:)
    One unhappy Father,here on FOX.

The one thing that has always puzzled me over the American Health care is medical insurance? and it being optional? so does this mean that if you don't have it and you need medical care that you can't afford then you end up in a situation where you are left to die?

Yes I can understand that there may be charity's that step in and pay the costs, but if you are having a heart attack or similar what happens? do they help you and give you treatment then when you are healthy enough do they give you a large bill to pay?

I would say that I would never complain about the UK health care system but in principal I think we have it sort of right, just very badly managed, we all pay a percentage of our income into the health care system, and this provides care for everyone, then if you are not happy with that level of care you can pay for private health care insurance, Obviously this has to provide a better service than the national one otherwise people wouldn't pay the extra.

But to me it looks like you in the US have the old money problem again, Their are people that are making Millions by exploiting the needy and who can't afford things they need for whatever reason.

better stop here I feel a dig at banks coming, who charge you when your in debt with them but give you free banking when your not!!!! and who's most likely to be in debt with a bank!!!

looks like the way of the world the rich getting richer by exploiting the poor, nothing changed much since the days of Pharaohs (Land owners) and peasants (Workers/slaves)

We are in desperate need of health care and insurance reform and are going to get it this time. These organized and absurd attacks on Obama are going to backfire. Thank God for Sarah Palin, if she did not add her two cents about Obama's "Death Squads" maybe some people might actually take some of this seriously.

Dougie if your source of information about this Country is based on what is shown on Fox News then your view is distorted. You may as well listen to Rush Limbaugh or Glen Beck. Oh Wait Beck is on Fox news along with Hannity and the rest.

These "angry demonstrations" are funded by the insurance industry Who want to stop insurance reform at all costs. They are aided and abetted by the radical right. Their object is to inflame, instill fear and distort the issues. The independent health care advisers sited by almost every right wing congressman and senator ( The Lewin Group ) is wholly owned by United Health Care the nations largest health insurer.

Fox news is a great source of news if you like to watch police chases and natural disasters. Otherwise it is a blot on the concept of "News."
