Admin Login Only In Safe Mode Possible

After the use of a 'cleaning' program I can only log into Windows 7 in safe mode. First the admin account was 'blocked', yet now (after about a month) also the guest account. The cleaner also deleted many save game data and game configurations. I tried system restore, new installation of Windows and creation of new profiles for users, yet all failed wit error messages.

You said you installed a new installation of Windows. What disc did you use to reinstall Windows?
If you used a genuine copy of Windows you would have Admin rights automatically.
Also what are the error messages you are supposed to be getting?
What sort of computer are we talking about?
How is your hard drive partitioned?
We need more information.

Please advise us of what advice you get from other Tech sites where you have posted.

 

Thanks for the advice! I am still running my laptop in safe mode as I do not want to reinstall Windows new. Directory services reboot is the mode and I can run video games, play movies and store photos: the chief purposes for using it.
