Acronis OS Selector problem

I installed Acronis OS Selector Demo, decided i did not like it, when i uninstall it it placed all my operating files in two folders, now i am not sure how to get them back to where they belong. I am running windows 2000 and windows xp SP2. now it will not let me into windows 200, it says i need to reload and windows xp it comes up but the operating files are missing. All my programs are missing from my c drive and my d drive in windows. But they are still on my hard drive, if this makes any since. I have tried calling Acronis no luck. Can any one please help me. Will answer all question that might hel me get my computer back to where it once was before i install the program. Just for information i did notice that in windows xp they system restore was turned off, that did not help at all. Thanks in advance.

anyway, i'm not sure it's OS cause of selector.
OS doesn't effect on program files.
