646 code need help

i need some advise on how to install these updates on my computers i
troubleshot it i don't know how many times and it still isn't helping it will
not update the Microsoft visio viewer 2007 (KB73709), also two microsoft
office system (KB972581,KB974234). please some one help me!!!

I am getting the exact error codes and one more where it reads
"microsoft.netframework1.1.serv.pack1" (I have service pack 2)and then says
error codes 643 & 646. I am not, and I mean NOT computer savvy at all. I
don't understand the jargon. If some one know how to fix this and can help me
step by step in plain language, you will have my eternal gratitude. It is
driving me crazy, and I don't want my computer to be vulnerable. PLEASE HELP!

I forgot to mentioned I have a laptop running on Vista Home Premium.

For the MS Viso Viewer, remove the viewer and reinstall it (the update may
be looking for the original source files).

Microsoft Visio Viewer 2007 (with Microsoft Office Visio Viewer 2007

(SP2))

As regards the Security Update for 2007 Microsoft Office System, locate the
same and manually download and install.

Search for a download


or trying leaving the media (the office 2007 installation disk) in the
installation drive and installing or if manually downloading and installing
and/or leaving the installation media in the installation drive doesn't
work, then you may have to repair/reinstall office 2007. (Make sure you have
your product key handy)
