    How are start up and recovery settings configured in Server Core for e,g,
    Time to display list of OS
     
  2. Timeout is controlled by BCDEDIT command

    bcdedit /timeout /?
    ....

    Example:

    The following command sets the boot manager <timeout> to 30 seconds:

    bcdedit /timeout 30
