2003 Server Internet Security User/Login Problem

    Okay I have a win 2003 server with thin client workstations and a dsl connection. I do not believe users have to login and I need to restrict internet access to specific users. Any help appreciated.

    Restrcit by IP. Select allow only those on the list and add the IP of each client.
