    Hello Everybody,

About a fortnight ago I had to reloaod my email Mozilla Thunderbird.

I did so using Softronics facility and very soon afterwards I began to experience

freezing up. I ran the usual malwarebytes, avg, windows anti virus, avast and rkill

    without success.

Has anybody experienced similar problems when using this source for downloading

software and if so how did you get rid of it ?

    Thanks.

I would be inclined to try System Restore to a date just before the problem started.

Start > Run ..........type in .....msconfig .......ENTER
Click on the "Launch System Restore" button.

    Follow the wizard.
    Select an appropriate date.

Your data / photos etc will be fine ( backup anything really important ....just in case )
You will need to re-install any updates and installed software from after the selected date,
