that i want to install directly trys getting installed in drive D not drive
    C. Which is why i cant install any updates, because all trys getting
installed in drive D. I cannot reformat the drive, nor delete anything out of
it, i have no access to anything in that drive.

if anyone can help me with this , it would be greatly appreciated.

  4. Then either add more memory, uninstall unneeded applications, or Move more
of your data (not your applications) to the D: drive.

Are you referring to the D: drive? Why can't you format it, delete data
from it, or even access the data on the drive?
