Windows Fax and Scan - The Message Could Not be Sent

    I can fax from Windows Fax and Scan when I do not have an attachment.
    However, when I add an attachment, I get the error message:

    The Message Could Not be Sent
    The Data is invalid

    I am using Vista Business as my OS.
