I need some help with my RCA Win 10 Tablet?

I always used Android Tablets so I had to Creat a Gmail Account to get the PlayStore.

But I hear with Win 0 Tablet you need a Microsoft Account to get the Apps from the Win Store.
Can I create an Account using my ComCast E Mail Account I have?

Or do I have to use my G Mail like I did with Android?

You can use any email address, including a Comcast account, to create a MS account.

Do I have to use Crome for my Browser on my RCA Win 10 Tablet to get the Apps for my Tablet?

I do not know about you but I do not like Crome.
And I have bean using FireFox for so long I love it.

But I do not know how things work or will work on my Win 10 Tablet after it comes.

You can use Edge, which comes with Win 10 or Firefox or Chrome.
You will have to install Firefox and Chrome.

I did not get my RCA Win 10 Tablet yet it is coming.

But can I go to create my MS Account now from my Win DeskTop?
And then just Sign In to the Account when my Tablet asks for it?

Yes, you can create your MS account now. When the tablet comes in, log in with your MS account user ID and password.

    OK everything is setup.

I wanted to ask one thing before I start useing it?

Can I change my DeskTop Background on my RCA Win10 W1166 Tablet the way I would on my Win7 DeskTop PC?

I never used Win 10 and I wanted to use it like Win 7.
I Love the way Win 7. Looks and works and I wanted to know I I can change the Tablet to Look like Win 7. and all that?

Or is it more like a Tablet?
And I will not have a lot of contraloe over things like that?

It's probably the same as any other Windows 10 machine. Go to Settings / Personalization / Background

    Check your personal messages, biferi.
I have uploaded a pdf of Windows 10 for Dummies.
If you paste the link into your browser, it opens the pdf and you can download it.

I suggest you save it to a computer other than the Windows 10. That way, you can read it on the computer and try things on your tablet at the same time.

I did this when I was learning my first android tablet. I had a book open on my Windows 7 computer and tried the things I was reading on my tablet.
