    Hi guys!
I have not found any answer to this problem before.
I'm using windows 10 and after I go certain websites, like aliexpress.com or dhgate.com my wifi turns off. Pretty much everything shuts down, can not use other websites too until I close dhgate.com, then everything comes back alive. Other websites run smoothly and no problem at all.
    What would cause that problem?

Hello and welcome. What do you do to turn your wifi back on?

    Hi Tony!
Nothing it auto connects. But looks like it can't get the connection when the dhgate.com is open.

Can you explain what you mean by
Asking because it may not be the Internet connection that's being lost. It may be a program or extension blocking access to the site. Also try another browser. While talking about browsers, which browser are you using? It's usually Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Safari.

I have tried different browsers. I use Chrome and got some extensions there ( like AdBlock, which I paused, but still nothing) and I tried Edge, what is blank ( no extensions or anything), but got the same result.

The wifi auto connects by itself. I don't have to manually do anything. Just at that moment when I open dhgate.com, it can not get a connection. until the dhgate.com is opened.

I assumed that maybe firewall is blocking the access, but I did not read it out anywhere. And I don't know how to understand stand what could be the "blocker"

For example, if I am playing some kind of video from Youtube, chatting in Messager, and at the same time opening dhgate.com. The video would not load anymore and the chat would be unavailable. Any other websites do not load too.
At that point when I close the dhgate.com tab. Everything would start working from where it stopped.
But I don't need to restart anything to reconnect.

I tried that using Chrome on Windows 10. I had a YouTube video playing. I opened Facebook and clicked on Messenger, and then opened a new tab and went to dhgate.com. No issues here.

Please try this. Open a new incognito window in Chrome by going to the 3 vertical dots in the upper right and clicking on New incognito window. In the new window that opens up, go to dhgate.com. See if your YouTube video continues.

Yes, I am aware that this only my issue. I have tried with other laptops too and everything works. I have tried before and tried again using the incognito window and still the same problem. Opened dhgate.com the first homepage loaded and then connection lost, when I click for example: "log in" then the "dinosaurus" appear and connection lost. Youtube stop playing.
Closed the tab, everything continues, as nothing have happened.

I was going to suggest resetting Chrome, but you said the same thing happens with other browsers. If that's the case, I have to look to whatever protection you have on your computer.

But do you have any suggestions on how could I find it out? Are there any tools to figure out what could be blocking it? Because like a month ago everything worked well using dhgate and aliexpress. I have not downloaded any virus protection software or anything like that lately.

OK, let's work with only Chrome at this time.
Reset Chrome by going to the 3 vertical dots in the upper right.
    Go to Settings
    Go to Advanced
Go to Reset and clean up
Select Restore settings to their original defaults.

See if that has any effect.

Since the issue occurs in all browsers, it means something is affecting your "global" internet / web settings.

Are you sure you don't have another antivirus program installed (other than Window's Defender)? If so, remove it.

I can't imagine it being some sort of infection, but I guess anything is possible.

You might want to try a System Restore to a time just before the issue occurred.
