Wifi extender, booster

    What is a good extender, booster to fat my wifi up to a second floor. The house is only about 2000 Sq ft

    Your house is smaller than mine and I don't need a booster. So maybe just repositioning your router may help. At my place, the router is on the first floor stuffed in a corner at one side of the house. Still I have no issues upstairs. It's better to have your router more centrally located. So try moving it if you can. Also, try changing its orientation. That may help.
