which program to use ?

    i want when my chrome is opened,when i press F6,that it uses it in all programs that i want
    for example if i have opened chrome,opera,league of legends,notepad etc... when i pres F6 it presses it in all programs,or only in opera nad notepad if i want so
    how can i achive that ?

    Are you talking about the chrome browser?
    If so, a browser opens web pages not programs.

    If you want a game and notepad to open, these are programs; that is a Windows function, not the function of a browser.
    Anything that you want open when you turn on the computer, you put into the Start folder.
