    Hi xb 120q and welcome!

I just read your first post and what rotten luck - but I'm sure one of our experts will be able to rescue you as each of them truly care and have infinite patience! And please don't ever think of yourself as "not very bright" - nope, it's only these wonderfully magical but also truly pesky and mind-boggling computers that often make us feel like that! :)

Really do hope you enjoy being part of our Computer Help Forums - we're a friendly bunch here so please do feel comfortable popping into any of the existing Threads or simply starting another of your own.

Again, welcome to you xb 120q!!

    Mara
