W10-Update 1903 Install Issues.

Hi folks. I know I posted about this issue before yet am still experiencing problems. To refresh your memory, It is an HP Laptop. I deleted what I think is everything except the OS & HP related programs/files. I bought a 64 gig flash drive as recommended by the update program since I had been originally been getting a message stating my storage was to small. It seems to have helped a bit but all day so far, even after a few restarts during installation, it is now stuck on a "Installation 0%, Do not turn off your computer, this will take awhile,computer will restart a few times during installation" screen. The new flash drive I have connected seems to blink like it is doing something but has read "0% Installed" for the last 6+ hours. Afraid to restart and do not want to corrupt the install. Ideas ???

Did you ever try what was posted on post # 10 by @Seth Anthony

Can you post screen shot of the File Manager showing the disk space and or ever the Disk Manager would work as well.
